You may just be depressed, but if you feel it is worse than that seek help if you feel you need to. With any type of mental ailment (depression included) it is always better safe than sorry in my opinion. If you feel like you are suffering more than you should from everyday life, get some help. We all need help sometimes, it doesn't make you crazy. And I agree with kimmy, there is no such thing as normal. Just what we happen to percieve as normal.
