This is a really good little book. It has a lot of science and is written in a fun way.

I learned something new, that going over your schedule in your head step by step (even if it has nothing to do with your anxiety) for example in your head is a way to detach from negative emotions. I do this all the time. I didn't know it was actually a thing, when I'm taking walks for example I go over what I'm doing for the day or the week in my head to keep my mind from wandering to things that cause anxiety
