I saw a building outside of my window at work and I’m convinced it’s not real. I can take a picture of it but something is suspicious about it.

^ I know it doesn’t make sense. My brain can’t make sense that it doesn’t make sense I’m thinking wrong.

I thought I heard a telephone voice this morning when I was leaving for work but I don’t think anyone else heard it.

I don’t like it.

And I have obsessive thoughts and actions in my head. Frustrating.
