I went to one CBT therapist but she was strict CBT and I found I didn't like it because I was supposed to analyze every thought and I just can't do that. But all the rest of the T's I've been to have been eclectic. So that's not much help. They just use a bunch of different styles, from what I understand. The T I have now does some CBT, some EMDR, and some other kinds. Those are just the ones I've picked up on that she's doing. It's hard for me anyway to figure out what kind of method of therapy works best for me. I hope you find someone you will work well with. Best. Hugs Kit
