I hung out with a bunch of clinical psychologists in training when I was in law school and I was never too impressed with particular schools or methods as absolutes. Many T's call themselves "eclectic", which means not wed to any theory as the be all end all.
I think you might do well with "humanistic", "client-centered", or someone who has experience with mindfulness, unless you hate mindfulness. IME these types focus on building the strengths you already have and supportive attention to what you bring to the therapy. IME much of it is the person rather than the labels or specialties they claim.
