Kind of freaked out. My brother was up here and I texted my mom about something and she said “he’s been down here the whole time.” So I’m thinking

1. I’m losing my mind or have fallen asleep and was dreaming

Or

2. There’s a doppelgänger of my brother walking around the house.

Then she asked him and texted me and said he was actually upstairs.
