Yes Abilify is an antipsychotic, works good for stability or boosting an antidepressant. Seroquel raises your triglycerides making you crave junk foods or food in general, also causing diabetes. I personally hate seroquel but it does work, Haldol has been a game changer for me along with my Lamictal, weight about the same. I consider myself “hard to treat”, Tegretol worked great for me and also doubles as a nerve pain medication (my back) but I was getting toxic doses and came off. If it wasn’t for the hair loss, I’d probably still be on Depakote, worked pretty well.
