I'm so sorry you're hurting so much, xmascarol
I'm suremany can relate to what you wrote here. You're definitely not alone in this. Many people often have multiple diagnosis! It's not your fault! Things like this can just happen! Please don't blame yourself! Please don't be so hard on yourself! You didn't choose to have MI after all! I completely agree with what Nemo1934 and sarahsweets have already wisely said better than I ever could! I'd suggest to listen to them if you can and want! They always have such great advice! All of those things you've mentioned are just wonderful! Be proud of yourself for that! I completely agree with Nemo1934! Whenever you feel down, try to do one of those things that you like doing! They're all wonderful things! You're a strong, wonderful person! Please remember that! Believe in yourself just as much as we all believe in you! Most importantly, always be kind to yourself and take good care of yourself, especially when you're feeling down! Sending many hugs to you, xmascarol! You're a strong, wonderful person! Please remember that!
