I simply meant that I am sorry to hear you are going through this.
Like I said, I don't know about it. Although I read somewhere that, even if the thoughts aren't worrisome or anxious themselves, it might still be due to anxiety. Maybe?
A name for it might help. A quick search for "racing thoughts" seems to turn up results related to a rapid stream of distressing, anxious thoughts. Which isn't the same as what you're experiencing. I know getting professional help is an issue for you.
