Thank you so much for making this thread, ExplodingSun56! I agree with what all the others have already wisely said better than I ever could! It's just a way to say that we understand how you feel and why you'd feel that way, and that you don't have to feel ashamed because of it! Feelings are just what they are. They're feelings! We don't always have a lot of control over them! I believe that's what people mean when they say your feelings are vali. That's just my opinion though! I may be completely wrong!
