I have a fourth interview this Thursday with a small biotech start-up company. According to the recruiter they're getting close to making an offer, and they've asked for my references which is a good sign.

I'm meeting with the operations director who I'd be reporting to and a couple of other people in the office. It's a really small firm.

I really hope I don't screw it up.

I'm also really nervous because I'm getting close to the point where I'm going to have to ask if I can take advantage of their flex time policy to take one afternoon off a week and make up the hours over the other days. i have to do this through the end of April so I can continue to attend an outpatient group which is one of the conditions of keeping my drivers licence, but I'd also like to continue with the group long term, since it's really helping with my recovery. I don't know if I should bring it up this Thursday or wait until I have an offer in hand.

I really don't want to blow this interview on Thursday because I'm running out of time on my severence and this job would be a good way for me to round out some skills that I don't currently have and would position me much better to advance in finance down the road.

Wish me luck please, and any advice on when I should introduce the flex time discussion, would be greatly appreciated.
