Hey everyone. How are things going?

I'm sorry Valley.

That's terrible. Goes without saying offenders incidents are seldom the first time for sure...

I'm okay today. My therapy appointment was cancelled. The therapist has a bug or something. We rescheduled for next week, Tuesday. This week is busy.

Possible trigger:

I joined another support forum for sexual assault victims to try and process what happened to me 10 years ago and other difficult stuff in my past. Last night was hell. Flashbacks right and left. Trying to process and it will get better in time. My healing mechanism is communicating. It's always been what I needed to get through the hard times. I think it will apply again. Not feeling alone is important. Not many people in my real life know though. I trust you guys and feel better in an anonymous nature of the internet.
