- 09:00 - 09:45 do work in the home
- 9:45 - 10:30 Shower
- 10:30 - 11:15 Lunch + making some extra food
- 11:15 - 11:45 Autogenic Training with selfhypnosis on how to do Mindfulness
- Post office
- Transport to the Center of Town
- Necessary Errands + buy dinner to heat
- At home between 15:00 and 15:30
- Heat and eat dinner
- Rest a bit after dinner
- Reading, so TV
- 07:30 pm - 08:00 pm Journaling
- Leisure time
