All items met except Journaling. I did not feel a need for it today. My leisure time has been wonderful. I sat in the sun reading a book! (But not on the beach, too chilly for that).

Most important plans for Friday:

I am not sure about if I have to visit the center of the town tomorrow, so I only make plans until lunch.

- 09:00 - 09:45 Gymnastics and hygiene afterward
- 9:45 - 10:30 Read

- 11:15 - 11:45 Autogenic Training with self hypnosis on how to do Mindfulness
- ...........
