Before I moved out of my parents', I used to always take my meds and many needed supplements on time and consistently for over 5 years. However, when I moved into the dorms that literally took a complete nose dive. Now, my med and vitamin intake is ridiculously sporadic which is not benefiting me in any way. I have tried all the usual tricks and stuff to try and get myself to be consistently taking them, but nothing has worked and it's been progressively getting worse for a few years now. lol.
So, I would love to hear your advice or tricks to get yourself consistent with your meds!
