I have never tried, ExplodingSun56, so unfortunately I don't have a lot of advice to give to you I'm really happy that all the wonderful people in this thread were able to give you all of this great advice though! I'd suggest to listen to them if you can and want! They always give such great advice to everyone! I'm sure your therapist will also be able to explain everything to you if you ask him/her what EMDR Therapy may be! Please keep us updated and let us know how it goes and if it works out for you!
