Am I the only one that sees their T twice a week and their pdoc once a week? It has been like this for years now. I remember a time when I only saw my pdoc every 6 months. I don’t think I will ever get back to that point.

Also has anyone else ever notice a personality change? I know mine has changed and I don’t like this new me.
