I'm taking Lexapro at the moment on 20mg. First AD I've ever taken... I was told by my pdoc and by the pharmacist that it can take time to build up in your system... especially after the length you were off of it.

I hope it works for you... maybe a med change may be in order, but most pdocs would probably say that more time is needed to figure out if its working or not.
