At one point I was seeing a therapist 4 days per week for 90 minute sessions. This was how he kept me out of the hospital. I felt really bad, especially when I realized he gave me his lunch break to get those long sessions but they saved me. I had no pdoc at the time or I'dd probably have been o a tight leash there too.
