see my pdoc between 2 or 3 months depending on how I am doing ... was seeing a T weekly because I am so withdrawn from everyone and everything my pdoc felt I needed an outlet ...

but three visits a week .... my copay would be $60 and way out of my budget ... and I would have to miss so much work ... just not going to happen for me ... but glad it works for you ... peace my friend .. Tigger .
