staying on pc until you were calm is a real good start - that is one i have done as well when i am in a bad place. start looking up crisis line numbers so you can have them handy in a pinch. i carry mine in my wallet. plug one or so into your phone if you can. if you are in therapy, please tell t that you are having hard times right now.
