I am sorry you're in this situation. I wish I had some advice to share, but I am here to support you.

I don't think one must share mental health diagnoses in an interview. Honestly, I think if we all did, most of us would have that as an "x mark" by our names compared to a similar candidate without a mental illness. Sad, but too often true. You didn't know they would inflict such extreme deadlines. Or did you? If you did, it may be best to know this in the future before accepting a job offer. We have to ensure our protections along the way. I understand, though, that we don't all have room, financially, to be too choosy. Also, we all wish we could handle the same severe stress as others can more effectively.

I would definitely research what your rights and protections may be at your current job.
