Hello everyone,

I've been diagnosed with BPD but I relate more to Complex PTSD. My current therapist (before knowing what my past diagnosis was) asked if I had heard of Highly Sensitive Persons. I had heard of it but I knew very little, so I perused a website she gave to me and I relate 100%. Here it is:

The Highly Sensitive Person

I am wondering if anyone can relate to it?
