The GP thinks I need Physical Therapy and exercises to do at home. Look forward to hopefully become better (have pain in my joints).
Plans for Tuesday:
- Up when I wake up
- Put the dishwasher to work
- After breakfast 45 minutes work in the home in a hurry (instead of my walk).
- Make an important phone call.
- Call a physical therapist for an appointment
- Write a list for the grocery shop
- Grocery and perhaps buy new curtains
- Rest when I come home - make a soup
- Dinner later ...
May you all feel that you accomplish at least something to feel proud of!

PS. I want to mention (in the case others want to try it) that I have found it very helpful to make a quick soup and eat some fruit afterward when I come home very tired. That gives me the energy I to need make dinner and eat it later.
