Something really irked me at work today. I was working with my coworker who I really get along with. She mentioned the fact that I am “learning disabled” I said “wtf, did I tell you that?” She said something about how one day a few months ago I said I have trouble when people give me instructions. I had to tell her that no, I have bad GAD. Not a learning disability, and people giving me instructions just makes me anxious. But I didn’t tell her a few months ago that I have GAD because I didn’t want to disclose it with anyone at work.

It just annoys me that she would just assume I’m learning disabled based on a vague comment. Now I’m hesitant about saying anything to anyone.
