I've just always felt inferior, despite moderate academic, athletic, and professional success. I just can't get to the root of why or how to let it all go. I recently attended my first Vipassana sit and it shed some clarity on 'how things really are' but I've still got this inner need to accomplish things... it is lawn season... I can research the stock market for days on end... ahhh the cravings.
Meditation helps, but it takes too much time and leaves me almost too calm - I stop socializing altogether and get depressed.
