you have options...
1. leave. quit now.
2. actively look for employment while working.
3. keep working there.

basically you know the conditions where you are..if this is the way it has always been then there will probably be no changes. you know the situation. she doesn't seem concerned for her support staff. leaving without a new position someplace will be risky ...bills, rent, etc add up.

your move depends on what you feel you can manage. you could tell her you will leave if conditions don't improve but that could backfire ...basically the ball is in your court...poop or get off the pot...as the saying goes.
