Has anyone found a particular diet (by that I just mean food choices, not weight loss options) that helps your depression? For example, something you enjoy eating for breakfast to set you up for a happier or more energetic day? Or an afternoon snack that gives you a little kick when you are flagging?

My doctor recommended berries for my mood...raspberries....blueberries....strawberries.
