Possible trigger:

I do not consult the public emergency mental health team. I have never done so. My intuition told me not to do so long ago. After a scary conversation with a general practitioner.

I never went back to that general practitioner. I’ve not trusted any of them since that. That is just my opinion and experience.

Possible trigger:

no doctor or mental health professional has ever accused me of lying. As I said I have never consulted the “emergency services” ... I have to “cope” without their help as I do not trust them, I am an intelligent bear and I know myself much better than any stranger would in 5 minutes to 30 minutes
