Agreed Eskie! It would be very stupid on his part, but I am just picking up that perhaps he'd like to see me leave. I sense that he feels more insecure with me there, about his own skill level. He leads our team yet gained his knowledge of this field on the job in the last three years... I have far more experience than he does in our field. THAT being said, I could never do what he does. He is very good at leading our group and at managing all of us. He has his own skill set and is very good at the work he's in charge of. So I do admire that about him.
