Posting again. I can’t stop staring into space and crying but I don’t exactly know why. My partner is a great support. Still I feel overwhelmed. The Radiohead song ‘Karma Police’ has a line, “Phew. For a minute there I lost myself”. This reminds me of my recent psychosis. And it scares me.
