Are their workforce centers in your city that can help you write your resume? There usually are. If you have a disability, you should also apply to your county for disability. I know that can be a real hassle but it's an option you should try.

Do you really think marriage is a wise move, if you don't have an income? You are so young. You can lose the weight, get a job, and feel good about yourself again. Nothing in life is permanent. With each day, there is always another chance to change the trajectory of your path. You are not trapped in your current circumstances although it will feel like you are. Change takes time.

Maybe postpone getting married until you get back on your feet financially and emotionally. Marriage is a HUGE step and if you're not stable in the other areas of your life, getting married certainly won't improve those areas or solve those problems.
