I realize that you don't know me, but I've been following some of your posts and you've been in my thoughts many times. You're a strong, wise, and gracious woman to be able to take this step. I know how incredibly hard you've worked to get better. You deserve this time of concentrated treatment to take care of yourself. I know that there will be some hard times ahead but remember that we'll be rooting for you...even people like me that you didn't even know before!

Something that might help you through your stay:

Before you go, make a list of all the positive reasons, inspirations, goals for the future, that led to the decision for treatment and desire to get better. I live with a chronic illness and often refer to my own, ever evolving list as a kind of mini pep rally to "keep my eyes on the prize" as it were.
