Yup. I take 8 meds and sometimes I forget. I tried a pill holder, but I still forgot or got too busy. There are some I always take including Lithium, Seroquel and Tegretol. But I forget the morning meds like Zoloft and my thyroid med......Probably because I am always late.

It's a bad habit. I need to improve.
