I like the practicality. The focus on doing stuff in the world. Helps bring me out of my head. I like the showing you care by doing things to show you care aspect to guys. The 'words are cheap and actions are where it is at' mindset. I like doing things alongside my bf. Kind of hanging out together and words aren't really needed. I like saying things that help him feel good... I like him saying things that make me feel good. Kind of talking through stuff and feeling understood and cared for.

I love it how sometimes he reminds me of a little boy. Quietly hopeful. Or proud of something he has done. Brings out my nurturing aspect (which is well hidden at times lol). I love it how he is taller and bigger than me. Makes me feel feminine, yeah. Helps me feel safe and protected. I wish... He was a little better at letting me (or even his cat) win playfights, though. I tell him that if he ever has kids... He better let them win sometimes...

I love it how I can talk to him. That he is in touch with (and comfortable with) his feminine side. That he doesn't feel like his masculinity is threatened... So he doesn't engage in over-compensatory behaviours (there is little that is more unappealing to me than guys who seem to be acting butch because... They aspire to be butch). There is an aspect of the 'caricature of masculinity' in that as there is an aspect of the 'caricature of femininity' in females with hysteria. I love it that he aims to be... A decent human being. As do I. That we have that in common.
