I believe you should be heard...any or all of you. And while I may not be DID or have a dissociative disorder, I am learning every single day something about DID and how it affects people's lives, how DID'ers manage through their lives, their triggers, the sadness, pain, the anger, memories and very often their happiness, learning, growing and healing processes.

And like Alexandra said there are people out there who can empathize, and we can also validate, listen, teach, learn, love and befriend those with DID or a dissociative disorder.

I hear you.....and I will continue to listen to what you have to say. May you find peace in your journey.
