He mentioned how I just wasn’t getting any better despite his best efforts and that’s why he suggested ECT. And ect worked for me! I have a maintenance session next Friday!

I am so glad i switched. Did I mention he’s literally a die ray up the road from my psyd’s office? Super convenient!
