Thanks for asking! I'm not a part of admin... just another member. So I can't give you an official answer. My perspective would be there isn't a particular forum into which this topic would fit. There are different ways to look at it though. It could, perhaps, go here in the "Other Mental Health Discussion" forum since this forum is for "support and help with your personal mental health issues that don't fit into a specific mental health topic."

If you have a mental health diagnosis, I would think the topic could legitimately be posted in the forum dedicated to that particular diagnosis. And yet another way to look at it might be to view trying to do too much as being a habit you want to change. And, in that case, it would fit into the "Habit Change" forum. (To some extent, I think, it's a matter of writing the post in such a way that it relates to the forum you decide to post in, if that makes sense.)

One thing you can always do, if you're uncertain as to whether a particular topic fits into a particular forum, is to personal message one of the moderators of the forum you think you'd like to post in & ask them for their recommendation. The usernames of the moderators appear in the bottom right-hand corner of the forum page. By the way, another option for this post itself might have been the "Community Feedback & Technical Support" forum I would think. At least these are my non-official thoughts with regard to your post.
