I'm about 55 lbs over weight as of today. I do that actually, I typically weigh myself in the morning right after I've gotten out of the shower and stuff. It's not always that I don't see progress, it's that sometimes I do but it makes me want more, and if I see that I gained even half, or didn't lose anything at all from the previous day then I get really discouraged, really frustrated and feel the need to not only make up for it but punish myself over it.
