Look after yourself.
It is hard the way other people treat us. It re-traumatises us.
Loneliness is very hard too.
I went through a long spell like that
The grief process takes time
I regret that I spent too much energy looking back
And not enough moving towards acceptance
And when I did accept it as the past (not easy at all) I felt much, much better.
