It's 6:30am and i have been up all night with a stomach ache. I get frequent stomach aches. I think i have gastroparesis. I'm going to see my doctor about it. In the meantime, i'm going to try following a gastroparesis diet so i'm abandoning my weight-loss diet for now. Good luck to everyone!
