In my opinion... this is a "gray" area...

my answer is YES... a T can have you hospitalized just on the basis of what you said...

and then there are some... T... that would say.. that you would have to have a "plan".... and they feel you are a danger to yourself.. or others..

However, there are..... T that would call immediately.. to have you hospitalized.. because of the liability involved...
