Today started out with healthy eating, but then my mother in law surprised us with an Easter cake. I decided to go for it and treat myself. We had junk for dinner, but healthier than take out junk. Turkey burgers and sweet potato fries.
Speaking of healthier versions of things, I am always looking for new recipes to try. I'd love some links if anyone has recommendations.
It rained all day and I only exercised a little while I was waiting on dinner to cook. I guess a little bit is better than nothing. I'm going to try to stay off the scale for a few days though to give my body time to drop the water weight. I'd take a 1 lb loss at this point.
