Yes, I brought it up to her, she apologized, but made poor excuses for herself and I saw right through her.

Another friend told me she had said something similarly hurtful to her recently as well. This woman must be unhappy, is what I have concluded. And she's trying to spread her own unhappiness onto me and my fiance's wedding.

She's a wet blanket!!!

I have let it go though. I have better perspective on it now, I see that her comment does not influence my own happiness level whatsoever, and I am going on my merry little way, happy to be married soon to the greatest love of my life.
