Yesterday I went way over because we went out to dinner and I had a drink. Did you know mike’s hard has 220 calories?
I limited myself to one. I better go back to my spiked seltzer’s. Only 100 calories per serving. Or, just not drink at all lol. I rarely drink anyway. I did walk half a mile though so that’s good. Today I’m on track to be under calories. I had fast food for lunch but only a sandwich, no fries. I spent 1.5 hours cleaning my son’s absolute wreck of a room so I’m sure that counted for some exercise
Also my scale is low on batteries so I won’t be able to weigh myself until I get new ones. Probably best that way.
