I have a smoothie each morning that includes: a banana, berries, flax seed, protein, fiber, magnesium threonate (for my anxiety) and other added vitamins and supplements in powder form. It satisfies me and I feel great.
I fix a green smoothie in the afternoon that includes a banana, spinach and protein.
I started doing this when I wanted to lose weight and feel better. It might not be everybody’s cup of tea but it works well for me.
