Anyone want to share what new habits they're working on incorporating into their lives? or bad habits they're trying to break?
The current habits I'm working on include:
Doing 10 sit-ups a day (I know this isn't much at all, I'm starting off slow because if I overdo at first I end up getting overwhelmed and not sticking with it. Trying to build consistency first.
Cutting Back on caffeine: I'm a little crazy about coffee and need to slow down because it's affecting my sleep and worsening some of my anxiety.
I'll be checking in until I get these ingrained into my life then I'll start working on more habits I want to acquire.
