I have some womens multi that I take when I'm feeling under the weather.
My bf would feed me B12 if we had been drinking (meant to help prevent hangovers).
I have flaxseed oil (same active ingredient as fish oil but no fishy burps and no risk of heavy metal accumulation- not sure if that is a potential problem with the fish oil or not). Hard to remember to take it 3x a day, though. Tend to forget.
I'm ambivalent about vitamins. I guess they might (possibly) give your body a bit of a boost if you really are low on some trace element or other... I worry that our bodies don't really absorb them, though (so we pee them out, basically). Not sure they are worth it. Except when you are vegan (for example) and need some sort of synthetic B12...
