Today is the official day that I have not contacted him. I was starting to seriously look unstable and “crazy” and I’m not giving him that satisfaction. He is narcissistic, and I’ve had ex narcs so I know the red flags and symptoms (even though I ignored it) the narc emailed me this morning not to “talk” but I left something at his house of mine, so he emailed me to see if I found it. I didn’t reply to him. I will deal with my stuff later if I really need it I’ll find a way to get it...
