Looks like you've gotten some honest feedback.
Forgive me if I am "off" but it does seem to me that you are more focused on your own needs while at work than on the job and the needs of the practice. It is not "negative" to disallow personal phone calls, it is a policy. And, sometimes it really does matter how and when the garbage is taken out and disposed of (especially if there is recycling and particular pick up times etc. involved)--I would say hang in there a bit and try to bring some positive energy into the workplace with you. (a treat for everyone at break time? flowers at the desk? just a big smile and hello for all)
